Villa la Renarde, a spectacular oceanview villa with an extra large infinity pool, is only a 5 minute walk from all the amenities of the town of Le Lavandou. The villa features a total of 10 bedrooms. Four of the large bedrooms are equipped with 2Mx2M beds. Then there are 3 large bedrooms with 180×200; these can be seperated into 90×200 beds, making 6 singles. Finally, 1 other room has a 140×200 bed and 2 other rooms have single beds. In addition, there are 5 full bathrooms and additional toilets and showers can be found throughout the property.
Dining
The main floor of the villa has a fully equipped kitchen, while the rooftop is equipped with a pizza oven. In addition, the poolhouse is equipped with a large BBQ and two planchas as well as an electric stovetop.
Games and miscellaneous
Other amenities include a scanner/copier/printer, satellite tv, as well as senseo and filter coffee machines. In addition, many activities are available for guests. These include a boule court (petanque), pool table, ping pong table, XL trampoline, and board and card games.
Private Gate and Parking
If you wish to preorder your wine as some guests have done, there is a also a large wine cellar. In addition, the property has a private gate with a code and 5 remotes for your privacy and peace of mind. There is plenty of parking on the grounds, 8+ cars can easily manage.
The Pool
The main area of congregation in the summer is the large infinity pool with its well equipped poolhouse and lounging areas. The poolhouse is equipped with shower, toilet, satellite TV, bbq, plancha, coffe machine, an electric stove top, a bar and fridge/freezer w ice maker as well as wifi audio speakers.
Internet
Optique fiber, high speed internet access is installed throughout the 6500m2 gardens and villa.
